Pick it up or get it delivered. We are adding new restaurant partners weekly. If we're not in your town yet, shoot us an email and let us know where you are. We'll look to add your town soon!

OrderGrabbers, like all of you, is continuously monitoring the evolving Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation. We are monitoring CDC updates and recommendations, as well as guidance from the Iowa Department of Public Health.
Here are the steps we are taking internally ehrn delivery is available:

Indefinite suspension of the post-tip option which allows customers to tip upon delivery via the driver's phone. Please consider the pre-tip option while placing your order. If it turns out that your delivery experience is less than satisfactory, contact us via one of the methods below for a refund of your tip.

We've added a leave food at the door prompt that you can select at checkout. The driver will call you to confirm that the order is at the door if you choose to select this option.

Drivers who are feeling sick or have recently traveled outside of the US will not be permitted to deliver.

Per usual, drivers are required to use their door-to-door thermal bags from the moment they receive the food to the moment it's delivered to your door to ensure cleanliness.

1: What is OrderGrabbers delivery area, am I in it?
A: Type in your address and zip code to see which restaurants are available for delivery to your location.
2: What is OrderGrabbers delivery fee?
A: It varies by restaurant, and location, but most are $3.99 - $4.99.
3: What is the delivery policy?
A: When a customer places an order for delivery every effort is made by OrderGrabbers, Driver and Restaurant to make sure the food is delivered in a timely manner. We use the latest tracking technolgy to provide piece of mine for everyone. Customer knows exactly where their order is in the process, driver knows where and when to pick up and restaurant sets the timer and makes the food. All this is viewable from our master dashboard behind the scenes. Typically orders are delivered within 60 minutes.
4. What is the Refund Policy?
A: All sales are final. In some cases Ordergrabbers will provide customer with a courtesy account credit which is a case by case situation. We work diligently with both drivers and restaurants to ensure an exceptional customer experience. However, we recongnize things happen outside our control and will be more than willing to make sure the customer is taken care of.
5: Am I able to tip my driver?
A: Yes, you can tip at check out or in person when your driver delivers your food.
6: Do you have an app I can use to order?
A: Yes, currently OrderGrabbers in available in the Google Play store and soon in the Apple IOS Store store.
7: How long will my food take to get here?
A: Varies by restaurant but most meals will arrive at your door within 60 minutes.

10: Can I pay with cash?
A: Sorry, OrderGrabbers only accepts credit, debit cards and you can purchase a gift card.
11: What are OrderGrabbers hours of operation?
A: Varies by restaurant and by day. Most are open beginning at 11:00 AM for lunch and close at 3pm. Dinner opens up from 5pm-9pm. As we add more restaurants to the platform the hrs may change.

13. How do I create an account?
Go to the OrderGrabbers home page, click on Account at the top of the screen. Click Register and type in your email and a password that you will remember!
14. How do I use a discount code?
Once you are done choosing your items to order and are at the checkout screen, type in your code under Coupon Code.
15. How do I apply to become a driver?
On the OrderGrabbers home page, click on Become a Driver on the top of the page. Type in your information and click Submit your Application when you are done! We will contact you shortly with next steps.
16. I'm a restaurant owner. How do I partner with OrderGrabbers?
On the OrderGrabbers home page, click on Partner With Us on the top of the page. Type in your restaurants information and click Submit your Application when you are done! We will contact you shortly with next steps.
17. How do I find past receipts?
You can find past receipts if you have ordered using your OrderGrabbers account. On the OrderGrabbers home page, click on Account on the top of the page. There, you will see a list of past orders. You can click on View Receipt to see specific items you ordered, or you can click Re-Order to easily order it again!
18. How do I add a new credit/debit card to my account?
Choose your restaurant and select your items per usual. Once you are at the checkout page and are asked for your payment method, click Add New Credit/Gift Card.
19. How do I change my delivery address?
On the OrderGrabbers home page, you will see your delivery address automatically inputted. Simply click Change right next to the address and type in your new delivery address.
20. What is a failed legitimate delivery attempt?
If a driver is unable to reach the customer at the designated ordered delivery location, we will attempt to reach the customer by phone and email. If we cannot reach the customer, the driver will wait a few minutes, but then will need to leave to complete other deliveries. The driver will come back with the order again upon contact from the customer, but a second delivery fee will be charged. This charge goes completely to the driver to compensate them for their time/gas.
